Day 41 of Gratefulness: Friends

It was great to receive so many birthday greetings on via facebook, email, text messages, voicemail and actually phone calls (even the 3 happy birthday songs sung to me). I also got to spend my birthday with over 20 of my friends at the Denver Beer Co, which was nice just to get out and share the special day with them. I love birthdays, not because of the gifts and all eyes are on you but you get to look forward to another great year, you get to see friends that you do not always see on a daily basis, you get celebrate another year of life and you get to hear from so many people throughout the day that remember you (thanks to facebook it is a nice reminder for them). But hey, they took the time to at least say Happy Birthday and today I am thankful for that.
