Day 117 of Gratefulness: Meditation


Meditation to me is about calming the mind and focusing the heart.  When I sit down to meditate I take a few deep breath and bring my mind to focusing on the heart.  The feelings of the heart, the feelings of bliss, joy, love.  I work on focusing on those feelings in my heart, in my body and the sending that energy out of my body so that is surrounds me.  I desire to build within me a ball of incredible love and joy and meditation allows me to create this desire.  It starts with that one ball of snow that you can fit in the palm of your hand but as you roll it with all the other snow it grows bigger and bigger.  The energy of love is snow for.  Go figure I actually love snow.  I am not sure if any of this makes sense to anyone but me.  It all matters that it makes sense to me anyway.
