I just started watching episodes of Super Soul Sunday with
Oprah because she has been interviewing some of my favorite spiritual
people. Today was Jean Houston and can I
tell you this woman just beams true love and beauty. Jean is 75 years old but doesn’t look it. She is so true to her soul and just lives each
and every moment as it is and that is why I believe she looks so young. There is so much love coming from her that
you are just drawn in.
I so appreciate Oprah for creating these Super Soul Sunday
episodes and for the people she interviews.
Oprah is really coming into who she is truly meant to be and each day so
becomes a more beautiful soul for this wonderful universe. One of the best things I like about the Super
Soul Sunday is that they are free to watch.
So many people need to have access to this information and so many of
them cannot otherwise afford it. Thank
you Oprah for sharing your heart.
One of my other favorite things about Super Soul Sunday is
that Soul Pancake is often featured and these guys come up with some amazing
ideas that they put into actions. They
give every day people an opportunity to express themselves, experience joy,
fall in love and be at peace even just for a few moments. I aspire to create moments like they do
through the work I do with nonprofits. I
want people to feel, to express and to make a difference because they can and
they want to.
